Help Center

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions regarding delegate registration tiers, abstract submissions, speaker applications, and international travel visa processing.

What is the difference between delegate registration and speaker/researcher pathways? +

Delegates purchase instant-access passes to attend the summit sessions, workshops, and certificate programs. Speakers and Researchers must submit session proposals or academic abstracts through the review committee. Once accepted, they receive specialized dashboard access.

How does the Travel Visa Invitation Letter process work? +

International delegates requiring an entry visa for Canada must select the "International Delegate Pass". After payment verification, your role-specific dashboard will unlock the Visa Request form, allowing you to submit passport information to generate an official AHLS invitation letter.

Can I register multiple team members under one company invoice? +

Yes! Organizations should select the "Employer or HR team" pathway. This provides a Group Pass key, allowing you to distribute registration codes to up to 4 staff members, who can then verify their individual roles and dashboard credentials independently.
